5 Great Blogging Tips

These are some of the best methods I used to increase my readers.
Write valuable content. The whole reason the internet is so attractive to people is because of the information available. People are looking for their lives to change as a result of learning something new. When you share your expertise or experience, people will be compelled to learn how you did it, and will listen very closely to the information you have to share, and if you are living proof that change is possible, your information will be considered extremely valuable.
Write unique content. It's important to have unique content on your website or blog because search engines love unique information and frown upon duplicate content. One of the ways that I discovered of coming up with fresh content to write about was carrying a recorder with me at all times. I come up with some of the best ideas while driving. By having my recorder handy I can immediately record my thoughts and ideas so I can followup later with that train of thought.
Have clear focus on your blog. If you want to create and run a
successful blog, you need to center your blog! The more you narrow your
blog topic, the better it is for your blog’s potential. Start one
niche, give it 3-6 months. During that time focus on writing good and
quality content. Having a clear focus and quality content is one of the
most efficient ways to attract subscribers.
Interact with new readers. Whenever you manage to land a reader on on
your blog, you should respond to their comments. Try to engage the
reader in a discussion. Thank them for their comments, reply to each of
them individually if possible and address them as if they were your
friends: be warm, polite and kind. Visit their website or blog as well.
Create a landing page on your blog to convert visitors into subscribers. A custom landing page is the first page your visitor will see upon visiting your site or blog. This where they will get their first exposure to your brand and niche. Use this page to describe your blog, to highlight some of your best content, and to ask them to subscribe.
While likely not earth-shattering, following these tips can help you lay the foundation for establishing a reputation in your online niche/community.
